What to Expect at the New Hard Rock Property
The upcoming development will feature 300 hotel rooms and 395 branded residences, designed to accommodate a wide range of guests. Visitors can anticipate a variety of dining experiences, including waterfront restaurants and a stylish rooftop bar. The complex will also boast an event center, conference facilities, a rejuvenating spa, a modern fitness center, an exclusive beach club, and multiple swimming pools.
The project is projected to create around 500 permanent jobs, providing a significant boost to the local economy of Ras Al Khaimah.

Executives involved in the project have expressed excitement about introducing the Hard Rock brand to this emerging destination, citing the UAE’s rich cultural heritage and stunning natural landscapes as key attractions.

While the initial announcement did not include any plans for a casino, the possibility remains open for future consideration. The UAE appears to be gradually warming up to the idea of gaming-related ventures.
For instance, Wynn Resorts is actively seeking approval for a casino at its Ras Al Khaimah property, scheduled to open in 2027, also developed with support from RAK Hospitality Holding.
Furthermore, Dubai has already taken steps towards embracing gaming, with companies securing licenses to operate in the region.
