Construction of a major resort development on Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates is progressing rapidly, with a planned opening in the first quarter of 2027. The ambitious project, envisioned as a premier destination, is now over halfway complete in terms of structural concrete.
Currently, a large workforce of over 9,000 individuals is dedicated to the project, supported by a fleet of concrete trucks. A team of architects, designers, and creative professionals are also involved in overseeing the development.
The resort will feature over 1,500 rooms and suites within its main tower. Significant progress has been made on the interior, with work underway on approximately 820 rooms, including the installation of walls, floors, ceilings, and essential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Elevator and escalator installation began recently.

The resort is located approximately 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding.
